BiBO has returned in the beautifully redesigned Strathcona Hotel on Whyte Avenue. We invite you to join us for delicious wines curated by our certified sommelier, Valerie Walker, a premium hot & cold sake menu, locally brewed beers on tap and our unique fermented cocktails using water kefir sodas on tap.
The Culina kitchen is serving a Japanese-Spanish influenced tapas menu featuring charcuterie & sausages by El Chorizo, cheeses by Lakeside Farmstead, baguettes by Bonjour Bakery alongside Culina classics like beer cheese & truffled hummus.
